It will fine chop the hardest NC clay and make soft fluff in no time. I then tried the weeder by reversing the blades. Again, fine chopped all the rock hard clay. I tried the edger and it worked fine as well. Downside: When I tried tilling in an area that had a few small extended surface roots, it caused the handle to bend sidewards.
