I'm not really wowed by this item, I was very excited when I ordered it, but once I took it out of the box, I felt like it wasn't really worth the price. The plastic is reasonably sturdy, but could cause fatigue and pain if you apply a lot of pressure with your feet, so I'd recommend wearing socks or shoes when using it. The adjustment isn't really that amazing, and I don't feel the increments are fine enough in the adjustment. Plus the "Rocking" motion the description talks about, is more like ... Read More
