Now I am having trouble getting anyone to answer my customer service inquiry. It says right in the warrenty that this would be covered, but no one answers my e-mails. Therefore, at this point I would not recommend purchasing this item. Rating: - kar pak qualityso far so good! i've only used it once but it has tons of space and keeps stuff dry. what more could i ask for? perfect. |
