Rating: - I love mine
I have been using this for many years now (bought elsewhere). It is not perfect but I love it. It holds all the important stuff, and I can park it anywhere accessible. Saves many trips to the garage. Very sturdy, nothing broke or got out of shape so far.

Rating: - Not so great
The holes for the plastic parts did not line up properly and ended up taking much longer to put together than it should have because of it. I am also disappointed in the balance of the cart once my tools are in it.
