(The dark apple finish is quite attractive, too.) Do not be overly concerned if they sound somewhat tizzy straight out of the box: these speakers need a good 8-10+ hours break-in for their response to smooth out. I recommended and ordered these for a friend in hopes they would be at least comparable. No disappointments! Wonderful little speakers and a great price. Very attractive and well built also. Beats me how they can even make money on these! Would make fine surround speakers in a moderate home theater set-up or fine for a small stereo rack. |
