I have been attempting to contact their tech support for two weeks now and have been completely ignored. Not even an acknowledgment let alone a solution to my problem. I purchased what I thought was a DVD of the new version which finally arrived after several weeks and found that it was a nonfunctional with Vista old version. First, just like on commercial over-the-air radio, the music streams available usually 'blend' together such that one song fades out while the next fades in. Record 8 internet radio stations at once, then use the additional sound editors to trim them down to your own liking.
