The only complain is that I can't leave even the wire visible in the car because it's a dead giveaway that you have a high priced descort detector in your car for people to steal. Rating: - Easier and safer to use!If you own an Escort with the mute button on the detector, you should buy one of these adapters now! You can avoid constantly reaching up to mute - and occasionally knocking the detector off the window/visor when pressing the mute botton. Sounds silly but it happens and it's not just a nuisance - it's difficult/dangerous to put it back in place while driving.
