It comes in a little pouch thats great for storage when not wearing it. Overall very impressed with the intricate design, it also happens to match a dagger that have with the EXACT SAME design for the grip and handle, skull and all, even the swirls! Rating:  - VERY sturdy! will withstand a lot of punishment...A very sturdy, heavy piece of pendant! It's held up to some powerful wear-and-tear for 3 years, with very little denting, scratching or dulling. We did have to replace the cord after the first year, but that was to be expected with daily wear. All in all, one of the best you can find that won't bend, fracture or dent after 3 weeks.
