It is great for laptops and desktops alike, and the sound is very clear and flawless except for a few strange but very minor anomalies. I haven't had a chance to test out the mic yet but it is insanely comfortable to wear and it sounds great. I didn't need to install any drivers, it did everything automatically. Unlike many other headsets, the comfort level remains the whole time you wear it (it won't give you a headache after a couple of hours wearing it).
