Rating: - No resting timeI got this for my dad for father's day so that he could watch sports and still keep track of his large roasts. His complaint is that if you set the roast for the Rare setting it will notify you when it reaches the appropriate temperature for rare, but most cooks know that you actually pull the roast from the oven before it reaches that temperature and then the temp rises as it sits on the countertop for another 10 minutes.
