![]() Rating: - Useful and toughI have used Thera-Band balls for over 3 years and have never experienced a problem. The durability is vastly superior to the Wal-Mart/Target brands that do not cost that much less. The plastic hardware for filling/emptying works fine and the color chart showing an array of different exercises is helpful for beginners. A word of caution: follow the directions for filling your new ball using the two-stage process. It takes some time but it really helps preserve the final shape. I have two cats and one of my fears with an item like this is thier front claws and curiosity. So, I decided to get a ball that was puncture resistant. ... It is almost too hard to use for core work. |
