 Rating: - Great product--lousy customer serviceI purchased these replacement bands with the Oster nail grooming tool. My only complaint is that the directions are unclear and very limited. A call to the customer service number provided in the literature resulted in the following comment from them: "Ma'am, we are not dog groomers. You would have to ask a professional dog groomer how to use this tool." After much trial and error, I have it figured out now.
