Magellan 702223 Dash Mount for the MRM 3000T
The Magellan 702223 Dash Mount is perfect for all applications. The flexible, weighted base provides a secure, stable platform for the ROADMATE. It is more secure than the "suction cup" windshield stalk mount because it is not affected by temperature fluctuations causing the suction cup to release. (Please note the photo shown is upside down.)

Rating: - Very will designed
The Magellan Dash Mount is a very good product. Keeps the GPS fixed on the dashboard and allows quick removal without leaving behind any trace that there may be a GPS in the car (for would-be thieves). The GPS stays in place even on rough road surfaces. The only drawback is that it places the GPS high off of the dashboard so shorter drivers may have issues with the GPS blocking their view.

This product is perfect for mounting in a vehicle, whereas the window mount can fall in hot weather and damage the GPS unit. I recommend the weigted dash mount over others because of its simple method of attachment.
