 Rating:  - Who knew roses could taste so good?I love Nordic Ware baking pans and have a large collection. I just so happened to use this one for the first time yesterday and am sitting here now eating delicious mini cakes. I used the recipe that came with the pan (although used strawberry jam instead of the raspberry which I grabbed at the store by mistake...) and they turned out YUMMY!!! Should be a huge hit with my co-workers...providing there are any left by the time anyone else gets here.... Rating: - Like itGreasing this pan is a pain, but the cakes are cute. I was delighted to think I could have a pretty twelve cup muffin pan that would fit in my toaster oven--NOT! The dimensions are TWELVE inches by TWELVE inches, NOT eleven inches by eleven inches as stated in the item description! Even the inside dimensions from the inside of one baking cup, accross the pan to the other side of the opposite baking cup is in excess of eleven inches. Pretty pan, but what a disappointment. ... Read More Rating: - Easy to make, easy to clean, and they look professional!I bought the Nordicware Sweetheart Rose Muffin/Cake pan since I bake a lot of muffins and wanted a more "professional" appearance. Instead of boring, bland muffins, the Nordicware Sweetheart Rose pan makes 12 1/2 cup roses in intricate detail, including rosebuds and leaves. I use Baker's Joy to grease the pan before baking, and add a light dusting of confectioner's sugar to the finished muffins / cakes so as not to cover up the details.
