 Rating:  - Wrong product shippedThey shipped the wrong product I asked for 2000 they sent 2005 which is not compatable with my operating system so Now I can't even use the product. Rating:  - Norton Internet Security and AntispywareI had to send back to Symantec. It would not download on my computer as I have Windows ME. I was told the 2005 edition would download on my computer, but it wouldn't. They are sending me a refund. I appreciate the fast service and the good attitude on the phone, and politeness given to me.
