 Rating:  - Paper jamsWe have had ours for over three months and have been on the phone with technical support numerous times. Main problem we have is the paper feed, it doesn't perform well. Compared to our HP it is a lightweight and plasticy. We'd like to return it and it's too late. We will stick with HP next time. The output "tray" is a much better design, it actually holds the incoming faxes in that spot, versus the incoming pages flying out of the machine.
