 Rating:  - The worst printer ever?Here it is, short and sweet. Three weeks after I purchased this printer new it was down with a fuser malfuncion. I exchanged the printer via Samsung customer service for a "refurbished" unit, and I STILL have a printer that does not work. Eightie dollars, and far too much of my time flushed down the drain, plain and simple. PLEASE avoid this printer AT ALL COST! I will NEVER purchase another Samsung product, Canon is the brand to purchase if you are looking for a reliable printer. Rating: - Jams About 50% of the TimeThis printer has given me nothing but agony. It is nearly impossible to get it to print without jamming. I've had it for months. I've tried all types of paper, I've made sure to keep it on a perfectly flat surface with support under the paper feeder, etc etc - but it will not stop jamming. In fact I just got done fixing a jam which required me to take apart the front pieces and really stick my hand in the back to get the stuck paper out, which of course ripped and I had to pull it out by small sections. ... The whole printer just feels beyond cheap and now I have to deal with returning this. Many others on many sites have had this problem... I'm sure some are just fine, but why risk it. I had a brother before and will be going back... frankly the quality level has turned me totally off to Samsung products. Rating:  - maintenancePaper pick-up requires constant cleaning/rejuvenation. Otherwise prints flawlessly and in good quality. Cleaning is an easy process, and if you are willing to clean every 100 pages or so then I would give it 4 stars. Rating:  - The little printer that could!This was a replacement for my 5 1/2 year old Brother HL-1440 laser printer.
