 Rating: - Easy to install and useLike other people said, very easy to install. I originally bought a wall mount that didn't have space between the wall and the TV and couldn't use it because the wires wouldn't plug into the back. This one is perfect because you can push it more flush against the wall, swivel it to different angles, or have the TV sticking further out away from the wall. Very versatile and a great price as well. Rating: - small turning radiusI had purchased this fo my 20" TV. The mounting on the wall was easy and the item seemed to be well built. But the problem was that I needed to have my TV turned 90degrees to watch it. The turning radius would not allow the TV to be turned more than about 60 degrees. otherwise it is a good product. Just make sure about how much of a turn you would ned before getting this. Rating:  - arm lags unless very tightVery easy to mount with the help of the incorporated bubble level. The only bad side is that the arm lags because of the tv weight, leaving the tv unit not leveled horizontally, unless you tighten the allen nut completely, which defeats the purpose of the movement of the pivot arm. I'm happy with this purchase and the toshiba LCD 19" HD WITH DVD as Mother gift for my mother in South America-Colombia and this level mount worked perfect on brick wall very stable and the best is the level included......I ordered again this item.
