A warning to new users would be to make sure the pods are properly aligned and that the top part closes completely before you turn it on, otherwise you'll end up with coffee all over your counter! It's not great coffee, but neither is the $2 a cup stuff from Dunkin Donuts. Yes, the machine is loud while making coffee, but I don't care. It's not like it's loud for 20 minutes!
