I got it for my Canon Rebel XT so that a student of mine could try it - but the camera won't even fire the pop-up flash when the sheet is attached to the hot shoe(this is not an issue with that camera and other products), and the little tab that is supposed to attach to the hot shoe doesn't fit quite right - it's too big, and I assume was pushing down on the sensors. It is not a replacement for a full flash system, and does not turn the pop up flash into something else, but does make it a bit more useable than without it. I was thrilled to get it as it says it's compatible with all DSLRs. It seems as it might be more geared for Nikons and Canons -particularly when Canon is specifically mentioned in the small insert that are the instructions. But the price was good and several of the reviews implied that it would work with other cameras' flashes; so I took a chance. It works great!
