Not only is it not very useful, but you can't even update the mileage rate on your own so you can't generate a correct end of year report. Read More Rating: - Quicken Real estate BlackMail schemeI bought this product in 2005 with big hopes that quickly fell short. There were several updates made to the system which were provided automatically if you used the default setup. With the new release of Version 2.5, it appears that Quicken has decided to not allow previous users to Auto Update the software if they re-install it or try to install it on a new computer. Here's the catch.. Older versions wont open your files once the auto update runs and your files get saved.
