I purchased the Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill a couple weeks ago. It was delivered very promptly and we set it up the same day. The set-up took about 1 hour. The hardest part is getting the wires through the frame.
Everything worked great except the fan. It made a very large noise so we did not use it and I called the 1-800 number that night. They were very helpful and explained that they would send a part out that should arrive within 5 business days. They wanted us to install the ... Read More

We received shipment of our Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill about 4 weeks ago. Delivery went smoothly, despite the size and weight of the package. My wife and I were able to get the treadmill to the right place in our house before I began assmebly. (We only had to slide it about 15 feet from where the delivery guy placed it just inside our den.) Instruction manual was fair and assembly went smoothly. Took about an hour. I bought this because it scored highest on Consumer Reports rankings of folding treadmills. They didn't pick it as a best buy because they bought it for 1500 and the next best was 1300. Well amazon sells this one for 1300. I've had it for almost a year and have yet to have any mechanical problems (I like to wait and see if it breaks down before reviewing it). First, I want to commend CEVA, the shipping company who delivered my treadmill. The guys were scheduled between 4 and 7pm, and called me at 3:30 to ask what time was best for me. I stated 4pm, and they were there precisely at 4. They were courteous, professional and efficient, and they were careful not to scar my walls or floors as they brought it in.
