 Rating:  - I think a must have for your car When I first saw this I kinda wondered but after reading the reviews, and the low price it is I think it could be a life saver for me, or someone else. I am all about preparing for emergency's and I am glad I bought this and have in my truck now. Rating:  - good "non-complainable" gift item! :) well, if you do buy it for someone, chances of them complaining against it will be minimal for sure. But like most people here have written, Pray they are never in a situation for it to be used. Sometimes, it can just be another one of novelty items that end up in your workshop.
