I usually mix enough dough for two loaves and this machine can handle up to 7 - 8 cups of flour, letting the dough rise outside the machine. It works great! Rating: - Easy to use! Great bread!I've had several bread machines over many years. I had a Breadman before & loved it, but I couldn't get the same one so I bought this one. It was a little cheaper & it actually bakes a more moist bread that stays fresh & good for a few days..using exactly the same recipes that I've used for years. (2) Best to make 1.5 lb loaves, have found the other sizes don't turn out the same quality breads. (3) Try light crust first on recipes. (4) If you want a perfect 1.5 lb loaf of white bread then follow the recipe given, uses warm water, and instead of 2 tbs oil instead of 1.5 tbs called for. (page 36 in my manual) (5) Great machine. I usually have to have put the machine on the floor to get sufficient leverage to take the pan out or put it back in, which is very inconvenient. I have also been trying to find spare paddles since I tend to lose mine, and I have been surprised that there are no replacement parts available any where on the web.
