 Rating:  - Great idea!This item works really well; the muffin tops cook quickly, slide right out of the pan (no messy papers to peel off)and the pan cleans easily. And yes, I have tried everything from cooking spray to crisco, and I know how to pre-heat and bake properly. And I've tried the pan in two different ovens. Not only that, but two of these pans will fit in my convection toaster oven, saving a lot of electricity, and it won't heat up my kitchen in the summer. I'm buying two.
