 Rating: - Excellent for the price but buy a pre-ampExcellent for the price. I use it to record voice and trumpet. Remember, you will need phantom power. I initially purchased Behringer Ultra-Compact Phantom Power Supply PS400 but quickly switched to ART - Tube MP Project Series for added gain and warmth. If this is your price range, the Behringer C1 is about as good as it gets! Rating: - GREAT FOR PODCASTINGI bought this as part of an all-in-one from Behringer (mic, mixer, firewire interface) It is PERFECT for a podcaster...fat sound!!! All you need to know. If you are podcasting, it is all you need. Rating:  - good enuff for me!this is basically all you need to get the sounds you wish to record onto the desired media. nice flat response straight across the BOARD(which btw makes all the difference).. very versatile for the money. Rating: - For the price, you can't beat itI can only speak for using this in podcasting, but for a podcast, you don't need any more than this. It sounds really good for such a cheap price.
