Rating: - Extra Heavy Thera BandsI love these bands. Most of the bands I've had were easily broken but the 2 I purchased are great. They are very firm, which is what I wanted,and I can make my workouts more challenging. Rating:  - Thera-Band Exercise BandThis band claimed to provide extra heavy resistance, but it was completely useless. It provided less resistance than the light bands I already own. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for real exercise. Rating: - Bands for healthI teach group exerciese and in my opinion these are the better type of bands to use.
