These provide a true light to medium support --- not as much as tight elastic or neoprene full sleeves, and they do not seem to impede circulation. They dry out nicely and have continued to work well despite repeated washing. Washing is sufficient to get rid of any sweaty smell or odors. I have short legs, but since these are adjustable, the fit is perfect. Rating: - very comfortableI had several other sets of products as knee support, but now I really enjoy this one.
