 Rating:  - Easy Muffins - No more paper cups sticking to the muffinsThis is the best invention since sliced bread. I like to make muffins and freeze them for company. This makes it so simple, just spray the cups with PAM and pour your batter. When the muffins are done, they slip right out of the silicone baking cup and I'm ready to make batch two. They clean up with soap and water. It could not be any easier. What I especially like is the fact that when I used paper liners, sometimes the paper would peel off half the muffin and it was not a neat proposition. ... I use them mostly for muffins, but they work great and the muffins come out easily (as long as you let them cool a little first) with no cooking spray. It's nice to not be going through so many paper muffin cups all the time. You do have to wipe them out before putting them in the dishwasher because the water doesn't get all the crumbs out since they're so lightweight.
