It's definitely a (men's) size 11.5 or a 12, as it's a tad bigger than another ring of mine that I'm 100% sure is an 11. The "gem" is dark green and fairly fake looking, but for the price, it's a pretty decent piece. The only problem is that since it's cheap, it's not made for everyday wear. The ring tarnished really quick and lost color and discolors your finger. So, I retired it to the collection. I'm a huge Pirates fan but I can only recommend anyone to buy this only to collect it.
