Editorial Review: Product Description: Sporting a sleek, contemporary design, this electric grill features 80 square inches of cooking surface and a 1-inch floating hinge to accommodate thick sandwiches, steaks, and more. One of its exceptional features is its ability to sear at 525 degrees F before dropping to a pre-set grilling temperature. The grill's appeal also lies in its simplicity and countertop convenience--not to mention its fat-fighting ability. An exclusive George Tough nonstick coating protects the cooking surface, providing the option for low-fat cooking and ensuring easy food release. A digital timer and variable temperature display offer added convenience. Accessories include a plastic spatula and handy grease-catching drip tray, both of which are dishwasher-safe for quick cleanup. The grill measures 13-3/4 by 9-1/2 by 16 inches and carries a one-year warranty. Average Rating:
![]() Rating: - George Foreman GrillThis is a great buy!. It does better with thicker cuts of steaks/tuna as thinner pieces won't have contact with the upper grid. The sear function really sears and browns the meat. There is less mess caused by grease spattering, when compared with searing in a pan on a stovetop. Rating: - Awesome Grill - Love it So Far!I recently received this grill as a wedding gift and have used it a few times since unpacking it. I have to say that I'm very impressed with it so far. At this time, I've cooked center cut porkchops, chicken breasts, hamburgers, and some veggies on the grill and all have turned out perfectly! I've used the burst feature with a few of those meals and I think that feature is the best part of the machine. The "burst" allows you to sear the meat and lock in the flavor for the first 90 ... Read More Rating: - Not very impressiveI was disappointed in the size of the grill it's just big enough for two large hamburger patties or two strip steaks. Also you can't cook two items in a row with out cleaning in between or you will pick up a burnt flavor. Cooked ok but so far a bit disapointed. Rating: - Best George Foreman yetThis is my 3rd George Foreman grill and is by far the best one yet. I like the larger square shape and the hinge on the back that makes it easy to open and close.I just finished cooking filet mignon and they came out superb. Rating: - only OKgrills OK but have to agree with others that cleaning process makes this seldom used. Can only open 90 degrees which makes it a bit difficult to clean the top grill plate. Better option would be find something with removable plates. |
