If it works - I will continue them - if not - I will not. Rating: - Twinlab Niacin is consistently the bestI have to take large quantities of niacin to manage a cholesterol problem. Twinlabs has the most CONSISTENT product out there. That might sound strange to one who doesn't take therapeutic doses of niacin, but for those of us who do, it means fewer side effects. The best way to describe the niacin flush is that it feels like a "sunburn in my blood"! My only gripe is that it is hard to find---that is, until I found it here on Amazon!
