Now that I got a better quality Pioneer Plazma it is abvious that the player doesn't produce good picture quality. will be buying something new. Rating: - Best player I have ever ownedThis by far is the best DVD player I have ever owned. I love the intelligent up-conversion, its simple look at the fact that I can control just about every facet of the player. It is amazing they could do all this for so little money. This is one of those devices that if you buy it, you will love it, but you will never be able to get your friends to buy it. This appliance is simply amazing and it's backed by a sound company from which i have received nothing but top notch, lightning-fast customer support from. (For normal folks, let's just say they are VERY revealing of detail most speakers muffle. Very critical of anything wrong, therefore.) The machine it replaced died, and I needed something to feed digital data to my D to A converter. So basically I'm using ... I can definitely tell the difference between a Blue Ray disc and an up-scaled DVD, but honestly, the difference is probably slight for all but the largest screens. Now that it looks like Blue Ray will be the winner, we will keep our eye out for a nice Blue Ray player to complement the Oppo. |
