 Rating:  - Terrible program, terrible service.Wow. This product is just abysmal. I'm appalled that it is sold at all - the software that has actually installed on my computer is sloppily put together, and the rest won't properly install on Mac OS 10.5. Customer service is non-existent. I keep on getting canned technical service responses that have nothing to do with the problem that I describe. Read More Rating:  - Great programI recently started this program and have had great success. It is easy to navigate, and provides several helpful tools to help you achieve your language goals. It comes with a basic version of another program, Before You Know It, also by Transparent Language, that is INCREDIBLE. This is where I started because it allows you to work on single words and phrases until you know them cold.
