The shredder shred paper just fine and as advertised, but the Auto Feed Sensor malfunctioned and quit working entirely. At first on my older model, it was possible to clean the sensor following Fellows instructions, Q-tip with rubbing alcohol, but it finally just stopped working all together, an electronic failure in the circuitry is my best guess.
