 Rating:  - Vaporizer does not meet needsThe vaporizer was purchased to add moisture to the air in our bedroom so that my sinuses would not be so dry through the night and in the morning. I could not tell a difference. At first, we could see the steam, but that only lasted a couple of nights, even though we followed the instructions explicitly. Rating:  - No problems yet!This is great for when she is sick. the room gets moist but not to moist it does not wet my furniture and fills the room with the Vicks smell. The complaints about cleaning the product and the black particles to me is not an issue because I refill it and shange the water daily to keep it fresh and bacteria free. My only wish is that it had an on off switch you have to plug & unplug to use. Oh and filter free!!!!!!!! Rating:  - has worked for yearsWe've had a few of these for years. Don't run them all the time, but when we use them they work perfectly. Any sputtering is caused by the quality of the water. You do have to rinse out the reservoir every so often. If the water gets too low or too gunky it will sputter. Completely expected in a vaporizer. The night light feature is nice. Rating: - Great relief My kid could not breath in nights because of severe cough and congestion. So I brought this along with Vicks vapo-liquid as I thought that would be better option over KAZ.That night she slept very well and I used it for a week, that also reduced her cough.It throws good amount of moisture in room and vicks vapours clears the blocked nostrils for easy breathing.I will recommend this product.You might need to add salt as per your water hardness for better steaming. Rating: - Works well and it's cheapI've been using these for 4 years now. I've purchased four and only pitched one (though I'm about to replace the second one I purchased because it's not putting out the steam - it's 4 years old).
