 Rating:  - Fun educational toy...My father bought the easel for my son's 2nd birthday...he did not realize the companion set had to be bought separately which was a disappointment...I bought it for him and he has used it a lot since we got it...I recommend parental supervision using it as it can cause a huge mess for 2 year old..older kids would be fine... Rating:  - Easel companion set- great valueThe best part about this set was the paint cups. It fits perfectly in the easel and they have lids so you don't have toss out the leftover paint. I've spent lots of money on getting some decent brushes and the ones from this set are durable and thick enough for good textures. It also helped that the handles had matching colors on them so they could remember which brush belongs in what cup so we don't end up with black 5 minutes into the project! My husband put it together with relative ease and had it set up for the next morning so she could start painting and drawing. The supplies are great, although I wish it came with more markers! The paintbrushes and cups are very sturdy and while I might buy some different paint due to the staining we had the first few nights, they're all high-quality items.
