But, it does at a price: you feel like your wired for hours; it needs to pointed out that there is a lot of caffiene in this product. Rating:  - Pretty Good StuffLet me start off by saying this is a treat to take. I've only tried blue raspberry (i will not be switching anytime soon) and it tastes great. Before taking this i would only be able to run a mile and work out for about 2 hours. now that i'm taking it, i warm up with a mile and a half and lift 3-4 hour a day. i've also noticed that my recovery time has improved. its good stuff. It gives you energy, but I would take 1/2 of what they recommend unless you want your heart to explode at the gym. I give it for stars for great taste and not lying too much about their product.
