 Rating:  - wonderful!I am so glad that I recieved a Boppy as a shower gift. I had heard that they were great but I never could have imagined how crucial it would be to me. Yeah, the Boppy's not as firm as it was in the beginning but I wouldn't describe it as "lumpy" or "saggy" - it has the same shape and support it's just a little smushed...but babies get bigger with time and those big hineys take a toll on the Boppy's stuffing! It's even better to prop your baby up with for tummy time or to sit. It's not great however for nursing. I talked to a lactation consultant and found that the Boppy was NEVER designed to be a nursing pillow. It was terrible for my back. They also work great for positioning a baby on your lap for feeding, or for (supervised) lounging and tummy time. Boppys are an absolutely essential part of out daily lives. I cannot recommend them highly enough. |
