Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Stretchin to the Classics
The more I use it (every morning) the more I love it. It is a full stretch but simple and easy, although very effective. He does not say a word in it but the music is lovely and it is completely easy to follow. It takes only about 15 or so minutes and is a complete stretch for every part of the body (even parts you wouldn't think of) and is wonderfully done.
