 Rating:  - Not as advertisedThis thing will not play AVI files as claimed. When you select the AVI file, the screen goes black for a second the returns to the menu. Playing AVIs is the primary reason I purchased this thing. The feed back page on their web page has a contact section, but when you try, it will not take your comments. It responds with a statement that says I'm using an unapproved Domain. Very disappointing. I'm only giving this thing a one star rating because I can't give ... However, the thin plastic covering on the screen (which I believe is meant for protection) formed air bubbles which ruined picture quality. I wish it had a better covering. Rating: - Product short-commings not reflected in priceNot stated anywhere in the manual - if you are using a USB flash card that has more than 2004 pictures, - some pictures will never be displayed. The frame will display only the first 2004 pictures. ALSO the random shuffle mode is not really random at all, the same pictures will be cycled over and over like 1st, 5th, 8th, etc, but other pictures will never get displayed. I received a new one and it also didn't work. I went out and purchased another 4gb card and it still didn't work. Now they won't even answer my e-mails for support.
