I have one every morning to replenish. love it. i'm so thankful to the person that introduced me to this drink. p.s. i'm active in the gym, jump rope and run often. Really does resemble the natural coconut water from fresh coconuts which I was able to drink while in Hawaii as they were cutting the coconuts off the trees. Fresh coconut water has a delicate flavor, but this product ends up tasting flat and old, like something that has been left out in the sun too long (or pasteurized too aggressively). All over the world there has been great concern about doing this. There is a very subtle element that gets lost when it is removed from its original shell. The water in these tetra packs doesn't even come close to the water in the original shell. I am not just talking about taste, but the after effects.
