This fitness set is designed to maximize water aerobic exercizing. The water belt is of excellent quality and construction. The gloves are medium quality and if left sitting wet, the dye can end up on the table or concrete. I got the set for the dumb bells. They were disappointing. The weights kept coming off after my third workout. I will have to find some kind of strong glue to fix them. Also, they are not made of the good stuff like the belt.
