Works great. Doesn't slide around at all. I happened to have a black bag and my interior is black. So when i'm parked I just put it in the black bag. Its pretty camoflaged. Most of the time when I'm driving I don't need a GPS, so it just stays in the bag. It takes like 10 seconds to take it out of the bag and put it on the dash.

Rating: - Great mount
It works great with my Nuvi 660. Even when the dashboard is not completely flat it stays in place during turns. Easy to remove (theft prevention) and does not leave a tell-tale ring on the windscreen like the suction mount.

The arm from the suction mount needs to be used with this base.

Do not put this over the passenger side airbag - having a GPS flung in your face at high speed is not going to be very healthy.

My friend had one of these and I had to have one. I purchased mine the very next day. You may think this will slide around or fall off a curved dash, but it won't. This stays put! Also, there are no indicator marks left from using this mount like with a suction cup mount. No thief will ever suspect you even have a GPS. It also fits numerous models of Nuvis and StreetPilot series, so it's practically one-size-fits-all. I highly recommend, and applaud the designer. This is an excellent solution ... Read More
