good price but quality is a little bit low end, but it's great, because payless and how can asking high quality,, function work good, just boil water get plastic smell from pot, can't get smell out from pot water. replaced serve times water and reboil still same. right now, just drink it. hope won't get ill...

I waited impatiently for my air pot to arrive. It arrived very quickly after my order, but it did ot work! Was I disappointed. But, I called the distributor and they sent me a return label for me to return the defective unit and they quickly sent me another which I plugged in a.s.a.p. It works so well that I don't know how I lived without an air pot all my life!

I just wanted a hot pot for tea which I drink all day and this fits the bill. The unit is solidly built and does a good job if you don't want the bells and whistles. I like it so much that I plan to buy one for my daughter as well.

I have a Zojiroshi electric air pot and bought this one, much cheaper, for my mother to use. She is arthritic and this product is much easier to use, as it is a pushbutton instead of a pump. It arrived even faster than promised. I would not hesitate to recommend this product.
