 Rating:  - Zero customer support & software conflictsYou get zero real customer support with the basic purchase, even on installation problems. Avoid if you have any alternative at all. I used DeltaView PE without any problems, and suddenly they stopped supporting it -- apparently you can't even buy a license renewal! Workshare is a company that treats its customers with contempt. Rating:  - Workshare Pro: difficult to use and expensiveI started using Workshare Pro last year because the other attorneys working on a transaction were using it and I could not consistently open their redlines without it. I had to use Microsoft Word's very limited compare program to compare changes to contracts and proposals. The program is fast, clear and flexible and accelerates the document review process. Workshare integrates with outlook and other office products to clean up document before you send them. The PDF-to-Word , Word-to-PDF tools are another great feature.
