I got these steps for my 13 year old dog because she is small and we have a high bed. I had hoped she would climb down them instead of jumping off. Well the old saying holds true sometimes,you can't teach an old dog new tricks. The steps are wonderful for my newly adopted terrier mix. She goes up and down like a pro. I think it is a great product but you have to have a willing subject to use them.

My cat will be 15 in May 2010. She loves to snuggle up at bedtime. Her agility isn't as flexible, so these steps were a great purchase! I introduced her to using them by putting a treat on each step. She was a natural stair climber after that! The steps are shallow enough so she doesn't have to strain to reach each step. As an extra safety precaution, I added glow-in-the-dark tape at the edge of each step. I'm very happy with this purchase--highly recommended!

This was the perfect solution for my arthritic 16-year old kitty. It was easy to set up and has been sturdy enough for him to use with no problems. I would definitely recommend this!

The stairs are fine and would fold up under bed etc. However, so far the dog won't use them.

I love it! MY DOG WAS SCARED OF IT AT FIRST,BUT SHE GOT USED TO IT, NOW SHE LOVES IT. SO DO I. KNOW MORE WAKING ME AT NIGHT TO PICK HER UP.
