Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Passable infantry simulator, not modern warfare
I was a big fan of the Ghost Recon games many years ago. This game is at best a slight evolution, really several years behind the curve. The graphics are decent, with bushes and leaves to try to conceal onself in. But there are no open fields or large hills and long distances or other nice terrain features that GR1 had. The maps here are ok, but there could be more.

The single player mission is passable; but the AI has near perfect aim. Not at all like what terrorists in Mexico would ... Read More

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - GRAW 2 Review
Great decent game. Good graphics. Good weapon selection. Very realistic combat (you and enemies die in 1-4 shots). Slow load times, crashes occasionally, and seems to be somewhat buggy (on a dual core pentium with 4 GB RAM and NVidia FX9600 on Vista).

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - I enjoyed multiplayer
Single play mode is average.
Instead of that, I enjoyed multiplayer.
Actually,advanced warfighter is not so'advanced'.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Good but
I liked GRAW but it still has one problem in single player, Enemies appear out of thin air!

Bad guys who man fixed emplacements, or come rushing out of places only appear when you've reached close enough to see them.

Which kind of negates the power of a Sniper Rifle in spotting targets and sweeping areas. After scanning a building and windows and ledges for enemies I progress only to find a sniper or some other bad guy who suddenly appears because now my team is close enough ... Read More

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Not too bad.
A definite improvement over the first game, you can pick up enemy weapons so now you don't have to worry about running out of ammo with the sniper plus you can carry both weapons and a sidearm for a total of three. One thing they removed from this game that the first game had that was enjoyable was when you loaded a checkpoint save, your health and your team mates health rose to full. That way you could never get stuck at a certain level with a fraction of health so one hit kills you every time. In this ... Read More
