Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - yet to be tested in the battlefield
The Born Free Trainer Cup was a gift to my granddaughter, It arrived very promptly and packed well. It looks very easy to use and is composed of sturdy materials; seems likely to withstand a hard throw to the floor from a highchair.
The baby is still a little too young to use the cup herself, hence the review title, but so far we are pleased.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Beg to Differ
I did a lot of research about all the different BPA free sippy cups before I bought one for my son. I read all the reviews of the Born Free one, and purchased it because of the one that disputed the leaking claims. I thought, if that man/woman took the time to say how much s/he really liked it and how it doesn't leak, it must not. Well, I beg to differ. I bought the correct one, the training cup not the drinking cup, and it most certainly leaks, pretty badly. You turn it upsidedown, and water ... Read More

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Very Difficult To Use
This product is too complex and has too many pieces. It also smells bad and the plastic nipple has a strange smell/taste. My baby just rejects this trainer cup while using other easily. It doesn't flow consistently and requires alot of work to use. The handle isn't fix -- it rotates all over the place making it tough for the baby to use.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Great sippy and it does not leak!
I have never rated a product on amazon.com before, although I have purchased here many times. I did not purchase the Born Free Trainer Cup through amazon.com, however, my daughter (8 months) has two of these right now and they work great! They are BPA-free - actually a company who intends to provide BPA-free products and has taken a stance on it - and they don't leak.
The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish they had one that was even smaller - it's still hard for her to ... Read More

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - My cup leaks : (
I had really high hopes for this cup, my son (19 months) has been using the gerber training cup and this IS an excellent cup, absolutely NO leaks, but it's not BPA free so I decided to try out the Born Free because the spout is very similar to the ones my son has been using. I was so disappointed. I got home after spending several hours on the road and my son was very thirsty so there was my big chance to try it, so I put water in it and decided to try it myself before giving it to him and at first ...
