 Rating:  - very complex DVDI received this DVD last week and have spent probably 50 hours on it so far. I am NOT an artist although I have been a photographer for many years, so perhaps I am a photographic artist. I am beginning to work on "painterly" techniques in Photoshop and bought the Painter X program as it isa much more versatile program for this effort. Took me about a week to figure out that I need lots of help. Upon reading reviews, I decided to try Jeremy Sutton's DVD as it was highly recommended ... Read More Rating:  - Painter X Is GreatI bought this newest version of Painter for Mac for my Dad who is 88 and an artist. He has been doing computer art with Appleworks and an older version of Painter, and he said that some of the new technology and the brushes are really amazing. Based on his response I would recommend upgrading or buying this version. |
